Breathwork session "unleash your power"

By purchasing the ticket you confirm that none of the following conditions apply to you:

Pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, high intraocular pressure, previous strokes, diagnosed psychoses and anxiety disorders, recent injuries and bone fractures.

The session will take place online, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.

Make sure you're alone in the room and prepare it in advance. You'll need a place where you can lie comfortably and undisturbed on your back, ideally on the couch or bed. Please adjust your camera so I can see you. I find it best to participate with wireless headphones. I also recommend covering your eyes with a sleep mask or a scarf.
