I grew up in the tyrolean mountains and would love to tell you, that sports and movement have always been a part of my live. But the truth is, that I was lazy as f*ck in my teens and would only go skiing or snowboarding occasionally.
But then I discovered Downhill Mountainbiking and was hooked right away. I then found skitouring, climbing, hiking, paraglinding and all the other amazing activities the alps had to offer and started to love movement and the outdoors.
Throughout the years I had to deal with anxiety and very low self-esteem which always blocked me in enjoying sports to the fullest.
what if it turns out way better than you could have ever imagined?

This is what first brought me in contact with mental training in 2020 - and I'm damn happy for it! Without knowing how struggling feels I wouldn't be able to understand the different kinds of struggle my clients go through.
Achieving something I've dreamed of out of my own power is still one of the best feelings ever.
Besides the immense progress I made with mental training, I started to realize that our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have and did a deep-dive into the topic and became a certified breathwork and breathing coach.
When I'm not somewhere outside, I love to cuddle on the sofa with my dog Ivy and eat tons of chocolate cake!
