Breathwork

The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have. You want to relax - breathe deeper and slower. You are tired and need energy - breathe quickly and powerfully. But our breath can do much more. It can enable you to access your subconscious, feel your body intensely and release blockages.

active in-& passive exhalation

the inhalation is deep and conscious, the exhalation is relaxed and effortless

Your breath follows a natural, flowing rhythm

Breathwork is suitable for physically and mentally healthy people. 

Due to the intensity of the breathing technique, it must not be practiced in the following conditions:

 

Pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, high intraocular pressure, previous strokes, diagnosed psychoses and anxiety disorders, recent injuries and broken bones.

1:1 Session

the individual session is all about you. You engage deeply with yourself, connect with your breath, feel yourself anew and can let go of the old. An individual session is also ideal for you if you find it difficult to let go in groups.

Gruppensession

group sessions are always dedicated to a certain topic. If it appeals to you and your heart leaps for joy as you read through it and you think to yourself “damn, that's me”, then you know it's the right one for you.
