Mental strength for female bikers – more confidence, ease and self-confidence.

"Strong in the head, safe on the bike"

By women, for women. Because we understand the challenges mountain biking can bring! We learn from and with each other, and we feel the power that lies within us when we support one another.
Together we will develop targeted mental techniques and methods to improve mental strength and enjoy biking more.
Combine mental training with learning new bike skills to gain more safety and confidence.
The modules can be booked independently, but you'll get the most out of it if you book the entire package.

More self-confidence, fun and ease through mental training.
The workshops are suitable for you if you:

  • you always have “unfounded” fears when biking.

  • actually want more, but don't dare.

  • feel like you are not reaching your full potential.

  • always find excuses not to go biking.

  • keep thinking: “I can’t do this.”

  • sometimes you find yourself talking down your own abilities to others (and also to yourself).

  • at the end of the day's biking you are frustrated because you didn't achieve what you wanted.

  • are often stressed and nervous.

  • don't want to go riding with others because you think you're "not good enough" and are just slowing the others down.

  • you are your own biggest critic.

Here is the entire schedule of the camp:

Module 1: Fri. 01.08. 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM Workshop with Anja
Trust in yourself and your strengths – How to build your performance in a targeted manner.

Module 2: Sat. 02.08. 09:00 – 13:00 Biking with Denise

The art of self-sabotage in the wild – practice at Bikepark Leogang

Where are my problem areas? What technique do I need to improve? What fundamental skills am I lacking?

Module 3: Sat. 02.08. 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Workshop with Anja
Recognizing and breaking negative thought patterns – the key to more self-confidence.

Module 4: Sun. 03.08. 08:30 – 12:00 Workshop with Anja
Stop self-sabotage and celebrate success – this is how you strengthen your mental resilience.

Module 5: Sun. 03.08. 13:00 – 16:00 Biking with Denise
Free yourself from yourself – implement what you have learned in the Leogang Bike Park and improve your own riding technique to finally get rid of self-doubt.

Cost for all modules together: 260€ per person

Costs for individual modules: 60€ each

Minimum number of participants: 6

Each individual session is preceded by a non-binding initial consultation. I use this time to find out what your goals and expectations are and whether Breathwork is right for you. 

 

If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if you do not show up for the appointment, the full fee will be charged.
