You can contact me via email , contact form , Instagram, or phone , and we'll schedule a free, no-obligation introductory meeting. This will last approximately 30 minutes.
If you'd like to continue working together, choose a package . We'll then discuss your goals and expectations and develop a strategy.

A combination of mental training, embodiment methods, and targeted breathwork creates individually tailored sessions that are entirely tailored to your needs and goals. Each session is uniquely designed to provide you with the best possible support – mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Virtually via Zoom, in my office in Lechaschau (Reutte district), in Innsbruck or during a walk in nature.
If you cover the travel costs, I can also come to your home.
