MENTALTRAINING

If you're tired of letting your fears and blockages get the better of you and want to feel more ease and freedom in sport, then mental training is the right thing for you. You can use it to boost your self-confidence and self-esteem and make your performance more accessible and retrievable.

BREATHWORK

Are your thoughts running an ultramarathon and your head just won't calm down?

Certain blockages are like an earworm that you just can't get rid of?

Or do you just want to try something new and feel yourself in a completely new way?

Then you should definitely try Breathwork!

Hey!

If you've made it here, it's time to be proud of yourself. The first step towards “letting go of old bullsh*t” and finally becoming the athlete you want to be is done.

successful | fearless | free | full of joy | disciplined | motivated | calm | persistent | fierce | courageous | focused . Who cares!

It's your path and your sport and it should be lived and practiced your way.

As a certified (sports) mental coach, breathwork trainer and psychosocial counselor in training under supervision, I offer you the support you need to bring you closer to your athletic goal.

you are right here if..

you want to improve your mental strength and are tired of getting in your own way.

I like to be direct in my approach and love nothing more than asking questions that make you think and get you out of your usual thought patterns. My approaches are all based on scientifically proven techniques - I think very little of esotericism. Even though I firmly believe that a positive attitude makes life easier, I swear a lot myself and am always in a bad mood.

You have to become the best version of yourself - hell no! That would mean that you absolutely have to change in order to become good. I think that approach is pretty bullsh*t. You are good the way you are - and you can still strive for more, want to win competitions or finally be self-confident! You can achieve this by learning how to strengthen your strengths and which patterns you can let go of or how you can use them to your advantage.

how do I work?

It's especially important to me to meet you where you are right now. I place great value on a detailed assessment of your current state, both mentally and physically. Together, we'll develop a roadmap that works for you and find the right "tools" for you. These possible tools range from somatic exercises and breathing techniques to meditation and visualization, as well as journaling. We set ambitious goals and regularly evaluate whether you're on the right path to achieving them or whether adjustments are needed.
